About Varman

We Built Varman Because
AI Needed a Control Plane

Autonomous AI agents are making decisions, taking actions, and accessing sensitive data — faster than any human oversight model can keep up with. Varman exists to give enterprises the visibility and control they need to deploy AI with confidence, not consequence.

Varman is an AI agent observability, governance, and security platform — a unified control plane that gives enterprises real-time visibility into every autonomous AI agent decision, enforces governance policies at inference time, and detects security threats before they cause damage. Organizations in financial services, healthcare, technology, and other regulated industries use Varman to deploy AI agents with confidence, compliance, and control.

Our Mission

"To make enterprise AI deployment safe, transparent, and auditable — so organizations can move fast without losing control."

What We Believe

Our Core Values

Visibility Before Control

You can't govern what you can't see. Every Varman feature starts with complete, unfiltered visibility into AI behavior — no black boxes.

Enterprise First

We build for the organizations where the stakes are highest — regulated industries, critical infrastructure, and high-scale AI deployments.

Security Without Compromise

Governance that slows AI down isn't governance — it's friction. Varman enforces controls at inference time without degrading agent performance.

Transparency as Default

We publish our detection methods, our policy logic, and our compliance mappings. Trust is built on evidence, not marketing claims.

The Founders

Built by Practitioners, for the Enterprise

Varman was founded by two practitioners with over a decade of experience each — one from enterprise sales and GRC, the other from engineering and AI infrastructure. Between them, they've spent careers helping large organizations manage risk, close complex deals, and build systems that have to work under pressure.

They started Varman because they'd seen the same problem from different sides: enterprises deploying AI agents with no visibility into what those agents were actually doing. The governance frameworks weren't built for this. The security tools weren't either. So they built one.
